coord_runs(

The runs of coordinate name, by patch row, where it holds several.

Only coordinates of several runs are returned, so an archive of contiguous patches answers from the partial index on run_count without reading a run. A coordinate stored without its runs (past max_index_runs) comes back with None for them.
