The view’s patch ids in presentation order (ids only, cheap).

A fixed membership is its own presentation order — an integer array may have reordered it — so predicates composed after it was fixed filter that order rather than replacing it. Returning the membership unfiltered would ignore them entirely, and letting SQL order the result would undo the arrangement.
