A row of the coord_runs table: one run of a coordinate, holding no hole.

The runs of a definition of several, in order, as dascore.utils.gaps.RunRecord states them: the envelope columns are named by storage type as the definition’s are, and position is the run’s first sample’s place on the coordinate’s grid (NULL without one), so the positions between two runs are holes.
