Support for Sentek Instrument data format.

Methods

get_format	Derive the format name and version from the family detector.
get_metadata	Extract metadata from sentek file.
get_version	Return the file version when the resource matches this family.
read	Read patches by selecting metadata and loading the resulting array windows.
read_array	Decode the stored layout into the metadata’s axis order, then select.
scan	Return patch metadata; the dispatcher attaches source provenance.
unit_members	Return the files identifying a directory unit of this format, if any.
write	Write the spool to a resource (eg path, stream, etc.).
