Decode the signals and tie-point coordinates of XDAS NetCDF files.

Functions

check_virtual_sources	Refuse a virtual dataset whose source HDF5 cannot find; it reads fill.
get_pieces	Map each patch key to its (metadata, dataset, sample offsets).
is_xdas_file	Return True if a NetCDF-4 file holds a signal with an XDAS mapping.
