Issued when a reader keeps stored labels it was asked to snap.

A reader puts the labels snap names on a grid, unless a label sits further from it than dascore.config.max_shift steps: the file may hold a gap, or its clock may run apart from its sampling. Those labels are kept as stored; Patch.snap_coords puts them on a grid.
